I am a holistic provider with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I'm licensed in the states of Missouri and Oregon and I received a Master's Degree in Counseling from Lindenwood University.
I have been practicing as a licensed clinician since 2015 and I am also a certified School Counselor grades K-12. I bring this knowledge into my clinical skills when working with parents and guardians. I believe skill and will can get us through most of the challenges we face in life, and at times, we need to learn different tools to resolve conflicts or to face our fears.
I am here to guide you through those times. I have worked with individuals who learned to make their way on the other side of a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, grief, work/life issues, relationship issues, and trauma.
I will not only help guide you on your journey to mental wellness, but I will provide psychoeducation so you may gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate your path in the future.
I will, at times, provide exercises, practice, and or food for thought for you to continue to build insight and do the work outside of our sessions. Therapy is work and trusting the process is essential! I look forward to empowering you with effective tools to get you on your way to feeling better! Love & Light.
